Jengkol of stew
11 jengkol eyes peeled boiled until cooked then make thin
2 bay leaves lbr
1 stalk lemongrass digeprek
2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
Spices:
3 cloves garlic
4 red onions
3 para hazelnut
1 tsp coriander
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2-3 cm turmeric
2 pieces of red cayenne pepper
MSG taste
Method:
-Stir-fry ground spices until fragrant input bay leaves, lemon grass stir add 200 ml water and soy sauce jengkol last input.
Cook until sauce thickens, and ready to eat.
