Chicken Bacem of Jogja

MATERIALS:
1,000 ml of coconut water
1 chicken cut into 12 pieces / to taste
50 grams brown sugar
3 eyes acid
5 tablespoons soy sauce
salt to taste
skewer

Spices:
1 teaspoon coriander, toasted
5 eggs pecans, toasted
4 cloves garlic
8 cloves shallots

HOW TO MAKE:

Boil chicken with coconut milk, palm sugar, tamarind, soy sauce, salt, and spices.
Lower the heat. Cook until the gravy dries up. Remove and let cool then
