Chicken Steak
• a domestic chickens
• 1 egg
• 100 gr bread flour
• 50 gr flour
• 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vinegar
• 4 lettuce leaves
• 1 red tomatoes
• 1 cucumber
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
How to cook:
• Chicken cleaned, discard the bones, legs and head. Sliced thin, put salt, pepper to taste.
• Add the flour to the whole slice teoung chicken until flat.
• Mix the beaten eggs, add more bread crumbs until evenly until chicken covered with flour.
• Heat the oil, then fry until golden brown.
• Tambhakan fingers and fried potatoes for cucumber and tomato slices
• Heat the tomato sauce, put sugar and vinegar.
