Material:
10 pieces of white bread without skin

Contents:
2 tablespoons margarine 1 onion,
finely chopped 2 cloves garlic,
finely chopped 300 gr ground beef
3 tablespoons oyster sauce 50 ounces grated cheese 1 tablespoon cornstarch,
dissolve it with a little water Salt and pepper to taste

Coatings:
4 eggs, beat out 200 grams of bread flour Oil for frying

Method:
1. Heat margarine, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Insert meat

mince, cook until change color.
2. Enter the oyster sauce, salt, and pepper, stir well. Add grated cheese and

cornstarch solution. Cook until done, remove from heat.
3. Milled white bread until quite thin, and add the filling on top.
4. Using a bamboo sushi roll so flat and dense.
5. Dip into egg then roll in flour panir until blended.
6. Heat oil and fry the bread rolls until golden brown and meat

cooked, remove from heat.
7. Cut according to taste and serve with tomato sauce.
