Fried Sweet Sour Shrimp
Material:
400 g large shrimp, peeled, cut tail
100 gr of coarse bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten off
1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt,2 tablespoons lime juice
cooking oil
Sauce:
1 / 4 onion, sliced long
2 large pieces of red chili, sliced lighters
2 large green peppers, sliced lighters
2 tablespoons chili sauce
3 tbsp tomato sauce
400 ml broth
1 tablespoon corn, thawed
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter for sauteing
Method:
1. Mix the shrimp with pepper, salt and lime juice and stir well. Allow 15 minutes to infuse.
2. Marinate the shrimp with scrambled eggs, bread crumbs and beaten eggs again until blended. Repeat until all the shrimp out. Enter in the freezer for 15 minutes.
3. Heat oil, fry the shrimp until golden brown, remove and drain.
4. Sauce: heat the butter, saute onion until fragrant, put the red chilli, green chilli, and stir the water. Enter the chili sauce, tomato sauce, pepper and salt, stirring until boiling. Enter the lime juice, stir, remove from heat.
5. Serve shrimp with sauce.
