Martabak SWEET / LIGHT MONTH recipe
Leather Material:
250 gr flour
1 teaspoon instant yeast (yeast)
150 gr sugar
375 cc warm coconut milk
2 eggs
¼ teaspoon baking soda
Fill material according to taste:

Sesame seeds, toasted
Granulated sugar
Chocolate
Grated Cheese
Sweetened condensed milk
Directions:
1. Enter the yeast into the warm coconut milk, stir until dissolved and frothy, set aside.
2. Mix flour and sugar, make a hole in the middle, put the eggs into it. Keep stirring the mixture until all ingredients are dissolved, put the baking soda and knead again until well mixed. Allow approximately 15-20 minutes in a warm place.
3. Heat a frying pan and basting martabak margarine. Pour the batter into it until the rise and the surface dried and the outer layer become crispy brown.
