Lontong kikil From Surabaya






Material
3 tablespoons cooking oil
500 g kikil, whiting soak in water for 2 hours, washed, drained
3 L beef broth
2 stalks lemon grass, took part
white, crushed
5 pieces of orange leaves
1 teaspoon beef bouillon powder flavor
2 stalks green onion, thinly sliced

Seasoning mashed
10 grains of red onion
8 cloves garlic
2 cm turmeric

Pecan sauce, mix well
3 eggs pecans, fried, mashed
3 pieces of red chili, stew, puree
5 pieces chili sauce, puree
50 ml water

Complement
6 white rice cake, fast food, cut into pieces
6 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons fried onions

How to make
• Stir fry ground ingredients until fragrant, remove from heat. Set aside.
