Carrot Salad
Material:
• Carrots 150 grams, cut oblique
• 50 grams of bean sprouts, siangi
• 50 grams of leaf lettuce, torn
• Tomatoes 50 grams, roughly cut
• 400 ml water, to boil
• 3 grams Celery, finely chopped
• Mayonnaise 5 ml, ready to buy
Directions:
1. Boil water until boiling, put carrots and bean sprouts, cook until soft. Remove and set aside.
2. Mix the mayonnaise and chopped celery and stir well.
3. Arrange carrots, bean sprouts, tomato and lettuce in serving glasses, pour mayonnaise.
4. Serve.
