Asem - asem buncis ( Sour-sour recipe Beans)


Sour-sour recipe Beans Ingredients:

* 350 grams of meat Brisket / tetelan, boiled until tender

* 4 cloves garlic
* 8 pieces red onion
* 2 bay leaves
* 2 slices ginger, smashed
* 5 green tomatoes
* 2 red tomatoes
* 10 pieces of red and green peppers, cut into 2 cm
* 1 tablespoon of tamarind, soaked in 100 ml of water, squeeze, strain
* 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
* Salt and sugar according to taste
* 3 tablespoons cooking oil

How to Make a Sour-sour green beans:

1. Cut stew meat according to taste, add to broth.
2. With 3 tablespoons oil, saute garlic until golden, put the onion, bay leaf, and galangal.
